By accessing www.astronexa.org or utilizing any of our educational programs, memberships, or resources, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using our website and services.

2. Use of Services

Astronexa Foundation provides space education, STEM workshops, portable planetarium shows, and related educational memberships (the "Services"). You agree to use these Services solely for their intended educational and informational purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate memberships, or cancel program bookings at our sole discretion if we believe your conduct violates these Terms, is harmful to our community, or compromises the safety and integrity of our educational environments.

3. Registration & Accounts

For Schools & Institutions:

When registering your school for a program, you warrant that you are an authorized representative capable of making binding commitments on behalf of the institution. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your school's facilities, student count, and contact details.

For Volunteers:

By submitting a volunteer application, you attest that the personal and educational details provided are truthful. You acknowledge that volunteering with Astronexa Foundation is subject to a background check, interview process, and adherence to our internal Code of Conduct.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and educational curriculum materials found on this website and distributed during our programs are the exclusive property of Astronexa Foundation and are protected by Indian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our materials without our prior written consent. Institutional partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use provided materials strictly for internal educational purposes.

5. User Conduct

While utilizing our website or participating in our physical programs, you agree NOT to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our digital systems, servers, or user data.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other destructive code.
• Harass, abuse, or harm Astronexa Foundation staff, volunteers, or other participants.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with a school, organization, or identity.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Astronexa Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our website or services.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any physical injury or property damage sustained during hands-on workshops (e.g., Hydro Rocketry, Drone Building), provided we have adhered to standard safety protocols.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our website and services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes relating to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, Delhi NCR, India.
